Business & Finance Policy

Little Hamlet Office will ensure that –
 Business Public Liability & Indemnity Insurance cover is up to date.
 Internet security is up to date.
 Your personal data is secured. Under the GDPR, Lawful consent basis. Little
Hamlet Office will only hold your contact details for as long as required to fulfil
the purpose of the services it provides to its customers. We will not share or
sell your data with any third party.
 Customers’ Accounts are treated with utmost respect.
 Confidentiality is maintained.
 Bespoke Excel-compatible accounting spreadsheets are created to suit the
customer’s individual needs.
 They will monitor all accounts for any discrepancies or errors. Report to MLA
(Money Laundering Authority) if suspicious activities are found.
 Correct any minor errors or omission’s that may be found in the accounts.
 They will keep customers updated with their finances.
 Customers Receipts & Invoices are logged, filed and returned to them along
with their up-to-date accounts regularly.
 If required, a different accounting software can be discussed with the
customer to see what is best suited for them.
 All Service Invoices are sent out regularly to the customers. Customers must
pay within the Terms & Conditions set out in their invoices.
 Payment Terms & Conditions. All invoices must be paid within 28 days from
the date the invoice was issued.
 Accounting Terms & Conditions. We do not offer full charge book-keeping
service. As this involves preparing financial statements, tax returns, record
complex transactions, process time sheets and payroll. Unless prior
agreement has been made in writing between both parties.

Dispute Policy

 If for whatever reason the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the
service provided. The customer must put it in writing, giving details of what the
issues are. Send this information via post or email to the addresses found in
the contact page of Little Hamlet Office website.
 The customer must give a minimum period of 6 weeks for Little Hamlet Office
to rectify any issue you have raised.

 If after the 6-week period, you are still unhappy with the service provided, you
are within your rights to request your files and documents to be returned, and
no further business shall be carried out between the customer and Little
Hamlet Office.
